After you select the “Perform Manual Match” link, you’ll receive the below screen which requires you to select a Product and Attribute.
After you select a chapter, you’ll receive a screen with records to be matched. The columns can be sorted by clicking on a column header.
In the example below, 103 members of the Alabama Alpha chapter are not matched from ChapterSpot/Salesforce to Vault.
To match a record, first select the arrow in the left column of the same row to expand the list of potential matches.
In the below screenshot, the member in the top row shaded in blue is a record in ChapterSpot/Salesforce that is not matched to a member record in Vault.
The records shaded in orange are Vault records for that same chapter that do not have a match in ChapterSpot/Salesforce.
Type in any of the empty boxes above the orange rows to filter the list of records based on the values entered in those boxes. This helps narrow your list of potential matches to review.
If the user determines the record in the top blue row is the right match to one of the records in the below orange rows, they can select the “Match” button in the left column to match those two records. If they determine there are no matches, they can select the “Record not found? Create New Record in Vault” button to create a new record in Vault that is matched to the specified ChapterSpot/Salesforce record in the top blue row.
In Manual Match, it is necessary to review each record individually to search for potential matches using the process outlined above.
