The Consolidated Billing Summary report in National Desktop provides a comprehensive summary of billing groups and schedule charges for all active members within your organization. Access the report under the Reports tab > Custom Reports > Consolidated Billing Summary button.
When selected, the report opens in Excel and provides data as of the current date. The data found within the report pulls directly from each chapter's Vault account. The file includes the following information for each chapter within your organization:
- Current billing groups
- Total amount of charges to be billed per billing group for the current term
- Number of members in each billing group for the current term
This report provides a convenient means for you to view and assess your chapters' current billings to members.
