The Reports section contains reports for Chapter Services and Custom Reports for all chapters.
Note: Data in all reports in this section is maintained via Vault.
The Receipts/Disbursements is a cash-basis accounting report, which includes all transactions coded to an income account from member payments, bill pay registers, and bank account registers in the top half, and all transactions coded to an expense account from OmegaFi, deposit split registers, bill pay registers, and bank account registers in the bottom half.
The Income Statement is an accrual-basis accounting report that includes income and expense transactions from member accounts, bank account registers, bill pay registers, deposit split registers, and the OmegaFi register.
The Aging Report by Chapter provides a breakdown, per chapter, of member debt by delinquency status.
The Member Transaction Search allows you to search member transactions, based on criteria you specify such as transaction amount, transaction description, transaction type, etc, for all chapters.
The Initiated Members Report allows you to view initiated members within a specified date range for all chapters.
The Chapter Tax Filing Summary provides a view of each chapter's tax-exempt status and details of their tax filings.
The Chapter Incomplete OPC Transactions report allows you to view incomplete Officer Purchasing Card transactions within a specified date range for all chapters.
